At GlobalPackDepot Emballage, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are made-to-order, please read our return and exchange policy carefully.
1. Custom Orders
Most of our products are custom-made based on your design, size, and specifications.
As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will investigate and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
3. Non-Custom Items
For any non-custom or standard packaging items (if applicable):
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If your order is incorrect or defective, we may offer a replacement after reviewing your request.
5. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for approved returns that are not due to our error.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as production may begin quickly. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.
